Shipping:

We do our best to make sure all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment via UPS. However, when ordering beads, orders may take a week to ship. Our beads are such a popular seller and our stock changes daily, so we may not have something in stock when you order. However, we do receive new bead shipments every week and will process bead orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when you order is shipped.

Returns:

Carlyn Smith Creations accepted EXCHANGES only within 30 days of purchase. Customer must have the receipt and the item must be in new, unused condition. During the months of November-December, our 30 day policy is extended to allow for holiday shopping. All purchases during this time are exchangable through the end of January.

We will not pay for any shipping on returns. Please contact us by phone or email before exchanging your items at 443-752-1796 or returns@carlynsmithcreations.com.
